For high waisted bottoms only
This shirt is just OK. I like the print and the ruching down the front, but it is very short and will only work with high waisted pants. It fit fine on my frame and I normally wear 00-0 or 00p-00p in tops, 30D bust. The shoulder pads are annoying and I if I decide to keep this top, I will remove them so I can layer more easily with sweaters and blazers. Not thrilled that it is dry clean only.

I don’t know how, but I didn’t notice the shoulder pads before purchasing. It’s also shinier than I expected. Runs big. I ordered the medium since I have a larger bust, but it was too big. Returned it.

Cute and stylish - runs slightly small
Cute - the shoulder pads add an interesting look. But sizing just a little off, quite small in the ribs rather than the chest like most blouses. Had to return due to gaping lower down. If you're between sizes, size up, even with a small chest.
