best running shoes
This shoe is the best running shoe out there. I thought I would try a different cuter brand, brooks ghost runners and I developed plantar fasciitis! I have run for many years and now am back to the ASICS gel kayano. They are worth the money! And this upgrade is a little bit cuter option, And issue seems even better quality than past versions. But honestly, I’m so appreciative of these shoes, don’t even care about look. And my plantar fasciitis has now subsided due to PT and has not flared up again thanks to these shoes!

I stopped buying Kayano sneakers after the Kayano 20. I bought the 28 sized one half size up and love them.

Perfect fit!
Great running shoe! I was hesitant to order onlline without trying on. However, I own an older version of these shoes. Perfect fit and feels great. I wear an 8 1/2-9 regular shoe but always have gotten these in a 10. Room for your toes and shoe still hugs my narrow feet.
