Artemis Long Sleeve Lace Maxi Dress

I bought a lace dress (Artemis) for my wedding that I loved. I tried it on in the store fit perfectly so I bought it. About 2 months later I tried it on for my daughter and there’s rips and the zipper doesn’t work. I emailed them and it took months of back and forth for them to say they won’t help me, won’t replace it, wont refund me and offered me $30, which won’t even cover the tailoring!! This wasn’t the dress I tried on and I get I should have looked at it when I got home, but i watched them package it only to find out they switch them, so the one I tried on was not the one they packaged. I can’t afford the tailoring and repairs and I can’t afford another dress. I sent videos and pics as requested and still offered no help. I am devastated and no idea what I’m gonna do for my wedding.
