Arona Double Face Wool Belted Coat

This coat was an anniversary sale impulse purchase, but I was so glad I saw it as the coat is like being wrapped in a warm blanket - so soft - and definately a luxury for sure. It was also a great fit for me because as a more petite/short woman the sleeves are full length instead of 3/4 length, which meant no tailoring (this is what sold me). I am planning to use it on airplanes where I always need full coverage. It is very spendy, and even with the anniverary price, I think overly priced, but it was a splurge and early holiday gift to myself.

The feel and color of this coat’s fabric is amazing and unlike many coats I have tried on over the past few years the cut is on the generous side (which is a plus for me since the shoulders and arms are often too tight). Unfortunately, I felt like the coat gave off a bathrobe vibe and for the cost, it’s going back. I don’t have much of a waistline, which I think may be part of the problem.
