How to use: Apply the eye tint directly to the skin with applicator and use your finger tip to blend. Turn new high precision applicator directly onto its side to apply the perfect cut crease. Use applicator to create the perfect eye liner look.
For a more natural or subtle makeup look, apply one layer of Eye Tint to the lids using the flat side of the applicator. Then, using an eyeshadow brush or your fingertips, smooth and blend across the eyelids. For a more intense eye look, blend additional layers. To create a smoky eye, apply a light shade across the full eyelid before accentuating the crease and outer corners of the eye with a darker shade of Eye Tint.
