Never delivered
Item was never delivered. Luckily I checked the status myself and it was ‘damaged’ by the delivery company - but no communication from Nordstrom at all. And now the item is sold out. This is so disappointing, especially after being a loyal customer for years. I really needed the bag for an upcoming trip. Beyond disappointed. I could’ve ordered direct from the designer but trusted Nordstrom - learned my lesson
