Poor quality
So I bought this item as a gift for my sister’s birthday. I gave her the item and she loved it but she puts the necklace on. Not even 20 min later she was putting her hair in a pony and the necklace chain broke. The latch was still in tact, it was the chain that snapped. So unfortunately there is no way to fix the necklace. Hopefully Nordstrom will let me exchange the item. Very cute just poor quality.
