I am African who has oily skin. My skin tone is like someone from the Carribean. That's a little background. My face has some little issues; i.e. visible pores, and black spots/marks. I honestly didn't know if I should buy the oily skin kit or this one. Because of my black marks, I went with this. I've been using it religiously for one week now. My pores are virtually invisible! My black spots are all gone but a couple. My face has a dewy look. For the whole week, I followed the schedule religiously only using this kit. Nothing else, not even makeup! This kit comes with a daily schedule of which products to use which days. This is very easy to follow and the schedule was/is helpful. The cranberry soap takes off my entire makeup even my stila waterproof eyeliner! The tabula rasa is getting rid of my black spots. Both the AM and PM lotions leave my skin feeling hydrated and NOT OILY. The bonus, the products smell great. I'll never use any other skin care product but this line.
