Normal Skin Starter Kit

*I am reviewing this product although I have the full-size versions of each product which I purchased separately. Based upon stellar reviews and beauty reps saying this line is all they use, I purchased 1. White Tea Cleanser, 2. Magic Dry Ice, 3. Golden Grain Gommage, 4. Advanced A, and 5. Desert Mist. This skin care line has been the biggest disappointment ever. The promise of skin transformed to receive compliments? Fail! The cleanser is too drying, but was recommended for dry, sensitive sin. Same thing with the Magic Dry Ice, but the liquid-y texture actually lacks moisturizing quality. Golden Grain Gommage has the consistency of butter with poppy seeds and feels icky, not luxurious. Advanced A leaves a layer of yellow on your face, and does not absorb well at all. Desert Mist again does not apply well or feel good on the skin. This line has a bunch of fancy names and ingredients appealing to naturalists, but it does not rejuvenate or improve texture. It does not remedy problem skin or increase youthful vitality. I believe it will work fine for those with already perfect skin, and even then, due only to a placebo effect. All this aside of the flimsy pumps, leaving significant amount of product to waste, and excess packaging...not very environmentally friendly. I am just a regular consumer with 5 pricey products collecting dust. "1 Star!"

I've been using this treatment for about a month and I'm torn on my decision. The am routine I'm more pleased about; everything smells nice and my skin feels hydrated. The pm routine is not as hydrating which you would think would be because of going to sleep. Overall my skin is tighter and acne hasn't been a issue but I feel my skin looks dull and has done nothing for eye concerns.

I started with this kit about 6 months ago ( and then purchased the full size products). All of the products are really gentle and feel amazing. The lotion is not greasy and moisturizes well. The white cleanser is not harsh and takes off all makeup, and a little goes a long way! the Dessert mist creates a good barrier and gives an extra boost of moisture! These products have changed my skin !

I really like the ingredients in these products, very natural. So far I have only been using this kit for a week and a half and I have mixed feelings. It makes my skin very smooth but I have noticed some redness and dryness. I live in a pretty dry area so that could be part of the problem. It would be nice to have a thicker hydrating product - these are all pretty thin. That being said, they have a nice fruity scent and I love having a full regimen to follow.
