Arco Slingback Sandal (Women)

Beautiful shoes, colors are amazing, excellent quality and very comfy! I went with 8.5US and they were too small :( I forgot European sizing would be 39 and now my size is sold out. That was my bad, not Nordstrom’s fault, so this is just a reminder for everyone. I will order when they come back in stock

I purchased these shoes. FedEx notified that it was delivered. Went to check and it was not there. We checked in the camera for the “time of delivered” and didn’t see FedEx truck or delivery person delivered the item. Contacted Nordstrom about the situation and they said they investigated the matter. Then they contacted me saying that it was delivered and the shoes were probably stolen so they will not do anything about this, except to advise me on how to avoid theft in the future. This is a place of business so it’s hard to steal when a bunch of people are working in the front. I have had many items shipped here and there was never an issue. There were no picture or proof of delivery, especially on an item that is this pricey. All my years of shopping online, this is the first time I’m experiencing something like this.
