Excellent product! Goes on smooth, not too heavy, and not clumpy. I felt like my brows looked the best they ever had with this particular clear gel. I have not had great success with other products in the past.

Nice Packaging - Not the Most Effective
This is a product with beautiful and high durability packaging: the tube is metal and the box comes with guidance for best usage, the bristles don't pick up loads of product so that there is excess and the formula doesn't irritate the skin. However, the product, for me, does not hold my brows in place: it acts like a glossy coat on top of my brows: so it feels like I have put on essentially clear makeup with no hold, and the more I try to apply to increase the hold the glossier and wetter my eyebrows look. It's such a shame as I like other products by Hourglass, but I feel that this does less for shaping than straight up lip balm or vaseline applied to the brows. I have dark blonde eyebrows that sit naturally fairly straight, so when I shape them I like to accentuate the subtle arch I have: this just honestly does not do that, it just sits on top of the hairs. As mentioned in the beginning of this review: the quality of the packaging is stellar, but I ultimately found the gel itself to be a (expensive) disappointment.

Zero Flakes, Zero Hold
I’ve purchased this a couple times because I love that there’s no flakiness and it leaves my brows feeling soft instead of crunchy or clumped. Unfortunately it has no hold at all. When applying, it doesn’t really add any fullness, just gives the brows a nice shape, but after an 30 minutes to an hour it’s like I put nothing on my brows.

My go to
I love this brow gel and have repurchased it a few times. It’s long lasting, doesn’t leave residue and the brush is nice and small so you can really tailor it to the shape of your brows. It’s surprisingly difficult to find a great clear gel, with my previous favourite having been discontinued in another brand. The bottle lasts forever too so I think it’s worth it for the price.

The Best Yet
I have tried and tested many brows gels and found them to go ‘crusty’ and stiff on my eyebrows. This one however is a game changer - it dries in unnoticeable and give hold to the shape - others I have felt I want to pick at my eyebrows to remove the gel but not this one

A very basic Eyebrow gel
Not the worst Eyebrow gel, however it’s not the best. I think it does a job. However, for £29 there are better eyebrow gels out there that lasts longer and get better results.
I’ve tried quite a few products now from our glass and have been disappointed with each one.
I’m really struggling to understand the hype around the brand.
