I bought these because kate middleton had them and I loved them on her. I am 5'4 and I weigh 100# in other words....very thin. the calf of the boot fits me great, but I don't know many other people that have legs this small. It may be a problem for others. I LOVE them. So comfortable.

These boots are beautiful. The quality of the suede is excellent and the slim line of the shaft makes them look elegant. I have slender legs and love that they don't bunch up - they fit perfectly in the shaft. I always take a size 8.5 in LaCanadienne boots but since that size was not available, I took a chance and went with a 9 in this boot. So glad I did, as they fit perfectly with tights and a pair of light weight smart wool socks to keep me warm and give me extra padding. The boots are exactly as pictured, except look even better in person. They are definitely worth the investment.

I was originally looking into other boots at a lower price point. The salesman brought my first requests and included the Aquatalia 'Rumba' boot. I was immediately taken with the line of the Rumba boot. Once I put them on I knew they were perfect. I am actually 5'5" and although overweight, they went on like a glove. I tend to like a slightly larger toe box so I went with a size 9 versus 8 1/2. How to justify the price? I feel that I have received true craftsmanship and a style that will remain relevant for years to come! Classic and mod, I am so glad to have discovered this line and can't wait to add more. I have worn them twice: Once to my H.S. reunion in Chicago and for New Year's here in south FL. I was able to dance for hours at both events and that's not always easy in 3 plus inched shoes! Love them...

These boots are the bomb! Truly beautiful and absolutely comfortable. They are worth the splurge

I've never loved a pair of boots so much. Am a aize 10 in almost any brand of shoe/hee/boot and these fit true to suze. My calf is 15 inches, so I guess that's considered "large" yet these fit perfectly. And they're so attractive, and seem comfortable as well.

I really hesitated before purchasing these boots because they seemed very expensive. I really didn't want to like them because of that. But, I must admit that I absolutely LOVE these boots. They are some of the most comfortable boots I've ever worn. I walk miles and miles each week and have been known to walk 10+ miles in a single day. I don't think I'll be able to do that in these boots, but I do think I'll be able to log many miles wearing these. There were other reviewers who said they thought these ran small or were too tight for the calves. These fit me perfectly! I especially like that they are weatherproof, although they are so beautiful that I would not want to wear them in the rain or traipsing through ice and snow. Love, love, love these boots!
