Apostropha Pointed Toe Slingback Pump (Women)

Saw these in store. Tried them on, loved them, but needed a half size bigger than what was available. I'm a size 9 in open back shoes. However, these run about a whole size small. I ordered a 10 and will return them for a 10.5 because my heel is too close to the back edge of the shoe for my liking. Beyond the size, upon arrival, one shoe appeared to be poorly manufactured. The leather that meets the sole of the shoe looked as though it was peeling and would very easily detached from the sole. I will return and reorder a 1/2 size up and hope that they'll arrive in pristine condition, as they should. I'll be back with an update upon receipt of the second order.

Wow. When you pay $950 Nordstrom can’t even guarantee new products. Used Louboutin, absolutely unbelievable & unacceptable! What a turn off. I will think twice before buying high end items form Nordstrom in the future if this is the quality of service they are proud of offering. You let someone return scratched red bottoms and then let another customer pay the price. Embarrassing. Great customer control. +a dirty box & crooked top piece on used heel.
