Very uncomfortable in both the heel and insole. I've tried on shoes that didn't quite fit, but these are the worst. They feel off balance like the right side of the shoe is higher than the left. I wouldn't recommend these at all. Price is wrong and they look and feel cheap

Sizing not accurate
I typically wear a size 6.5 shoe. I ordered this in size 7. It literally fits like a size 8 or 9, it’s very large. I did check the label within the shoe and it says “US 7”. So strange and so disappointed. Of course will have to return.

APL should reimburse us
I am a big fan of “On” and “APL” shoes and I have ordered this one. The fit makes me wonder … I usually wear 10, have ordered 10 and it was huge, then ordered 9.5 and that also was huge. Wanted to order 8.5 but they were gone.
