What it is: A reed diffuser presented in an apothecary-inspired bottle filled with fragrance that permeates the air through the bottle's open neck.

Fragrance story: Orange Blossom, Lilac and Jasmine is a bright, captivating fragrance that begins with floral notes of orange blossom, lilac and jasmine which then mingle with citrus notes of mandarin and lemon. A subtle hint of vanilla musk then grounds the fragrance, rounding out its dry down.

Lovely

I purchased the large bottled A.F. home perfumes in 'Green Fig' and 'Santorini'. The 'Green Fig' was used in the grand room and the 'Santorini' was used in the bath. Both scents are exquisitely beautiful. What I adore most is that the scents are not overbearing enough to make you sneeze, (for those with allergies). It naturally scents the room. Guests upon guests comment on how lovely the house smells..., a very welcoming scent. Both bottles lasted 6 months in the house. AMAZING! The trick: Flip the reeds once a week.

Underwhelmed

Disappointed. Item (glass bottle) arrived wrapped in tissue, with no box, no instructions on how often to flip the reeds. Scent is pretty but so weak it does not fill a bathroom much less a bedroom. 1/3 of the bottle is gone within a week. Not sure if I got a dud batch or what, but I have had this years ago where the scent filled my entire apartment and now I only smell it if it’s under my nose.

Lovely

Subtle

I adore this scent. It fills the room with a fresh, light scent--I do NOT like my home to smell like a bakery or dryer sheets. Nothing wrong with it at all--and cinnamon can be so comforting-but not for everyday. Everday I want my home to smell fresh, open, happy -not overwhelming or even strong enough people try to guess "what you are using". Just a background of "ahhh".

This smells excellent; the problem is that it's evaporating very quickly. Last year I bought several of these at the half yearly, and had them in bathrooms, guestrooms, living room and even the kitchen. They lasted for quite awhile. Not this batch; they're evaporating way too fast. Not impressed. Will be finding another brand.

Good smell, bad reeds

Nice scent, but reeds are garbage. They don't take up the scent at all which sort of defeats the purpose of the diffuser to begin with.

Acqua

A bit pricey, but purchased during the Anniversary Sale. Of the various scents, I found Acqua to have a clean and not too overwhelming smell. You can control the amount of scent by the number of reeds you use. Small space? Use fewer reeds so the scent is not overpowering. I started off with one for the bathroom and ended up buying another for our second bathroom. The bottle and label are pretty and the aqua blue reminds me of the ocean, so close your eyes, take a deep breath and feel the calm as you exhale.
