Acqua Home Ambiance Perfume

I purchased the 'acqua' fragrance for the first time last year, during the anniversary sale. I like the fact that it is a subtle scent, not overpowering. It reminds me of a lovely warm day, and I keep the large bottle in my living room. Just remember to turn the sticks over every week.

I purchased this fragrance online based on user reviews alone, scent unsmelled! Kind of a gamble, but now that I have it, I have no regrets. "Acqua" is a beautiful, gentle, fresh and clean scent -- like something you'd find in an upscale hotel lobby, haha! It isn't overpowering but it is definitely noticeable. I've gotten lots of compliments on it. When I was making my purchase, I deliberated between getting the small vs the large size diffuser. I can tell you it all depends on the size of room the diffuser is intended for. Since I used this diffuser in a bathroom, the 3.3 oz was the perfect size. If you're looking to fragrance a kitchen or living room, definitely go with the larger. Also, there was a question amongst some reviewers as to whether the 3.3 oz diffuser comes with reeds, and I can confirm YES, it does come with the reeds. Minus one star because the oil seems to be used up quickly. Also, per the directions, you have to flip the reeds daily in order to maintain the scent. For the price, I had hoped it'd be kind of a "set it and forget it" thing.

I've never tried this type of room scent before but this is nice. It smells fresh and looks great on my wall shelf in my guest bathroom.

I received a sample of the lotion and shower gel in this scent. I loved it so much I had to order this "home perfume". It smells SO FRESH. Not like perfume or dryer sheets like a lot of other scents do. Just nice and clean.

Money waisted it doesn’t throw any scent just like the hana lei I’m very dissatisfied and will return mine! Even on the sale it’s to expensive for not doing what it’s suppose to do! But the one from jo Malone it is expensive but it will smell in a large 500 square foot room and will last for a very long time where in the end you got your money’s worth!

Sigh. First order contained a bottle that smelled "off" with a cap that crumbled once I removed the flimsy tape from the top of the product. Reported to Nordstrom Beauty and a lovely rep sent out a replacement. The replacement: Faintly scented. Hardly enough to scent a small bathroom. Very disappointed and will definitely not purchase again. Other wonderful scents: Illume and Capri Blue.
