Too much skirt for a petite frame.
Another beautifully made pleated skirt. Nice quality; dots give skirt movement as well. Wise to size down as it is a generous fit. The downside was that it was more than a midi for someone under 5’4”….it dragged on the floor, was overpowering and made me downright dumpy, so it was a body and age issue.probably would be perfect if it were knee length.
