broke after 30 days. Nordstrom declined return!
broke after 30 days. Return initiated through Nordstrom per usual process- mailed in and they declined to provide refund. Furthermore, they are not even sending me back the broken bracelet. Electric picks has a lifetime guarantee- however- how am I now supposed to pursue exchange via electric picks directly to when Nordstrom won’t send me back. I am beyond disappointed in this process. Do not purchase through Nordstrom- go directly to electric picks.
