Great idea, bad execution.
I love Ann Mashburn's wonderful blog & look forward to visiting her store in person but these shoes are a hard, hard, hard pass for me. Two problems: the heel height is just awkward, not high or chunky enough to play a clever retro vibe, yet too high to be a modern looking flat. It feels & looks awful on the foot. Second, I'm a regular buyer of shoes at or above this price point and the quality simply is not there. In particular, the leopard print is just cheap looking. Like I said, I love the story of the Mashburns & hope to support them in the future but this peculiar shoe is not going to be a gateway drug, imo.

look gorgeous but have several problems
I bought 2 pairs, one in navy and one in a gorgeous floral pattern. I was so excited! Unfortunately, the leather was very stiff which is unacceptable for a $350 shoe, second I wore the navy pair to a wedding in a hotel for 3 hours and the suede had already gone shinny and partially rubbed off. Basically it was very thin suede. I decided to return them. TBH I think they are very poor quality.

Sad but stunning
This shoe is STUNNINGLY BEAUTIFUL. However, as previously mentioned runs very small. I purchased the largest size available and could only look at them and not wear them. I had to return these beauties. Please make larger sizes for people like me who are tall with large feet. If you wear an 11, these shoes will not fit you.

Not big into heels but I fell in love with these, they are like flats with just a little heel to give you that well put together look. You can usually find me wearing a tee and leggings but when I want to clean up nicely I put these on with a shift dress and feel like a million bucks. They are comfy as well and I have a wide foot so I sized up half a size :) usually 6.5/7- sized up to 37.5
