Not a base layer
So cute. Nice fit. But calling this a base layer makes it seem like you might wear it skiing or in the cold. It is NOT warm. It’s more thin athletic layer but not a thermal layer. Probably fine if you run warm but not if you’re planning to be on the mountain for hours
