Great PJs, but no pocket
I bought a pair of these maternity PJs in sizes Small, Medium and Large. Due to the soft, stretchy material and over bump design of the bottoms, they all fit me more or less (for reference I am 5’7” 9 months pregnant and 180 lbs). They are super comfortable and are the only thing I want to wear these days, and I suspect I’ll get a lot of use out of them post partum too due to the button up top (BFing friendly). My one con with these PJs is there’s no pockets in the bottoms, and if you try to stick your phone in the breast pocket, as soon as you bend over your phone is going to fall right out.

Runs small
Ran small and the fabric has little to no give. Was easily a medium pre-pregnancy and the the large fit skin tight. Not comfortable!
