Bad service
The product was great but the service was not up to Nordstrom standards! I ordered this for a friend’s birthday a week before and it was delivered 4 days after the date. They said it would be delivered on time. I ordered the same product for myself at the same time and it was delivered in 3 days. Would have been nice to have my late and hers on time…hers had a birthday card attached. So maybe a little commen sense!
