Featherweights^™ Sandal (Women)

I ordered my normal size 9, they were too small. I ordered size 10, they fit fine, but the leather on the left sandal was defective. The right one is smooth and perfect, the left one has black marks, see photo below. So I ordered another pair. This third pair has a mark on the side of the left sandal. If it was the right foot, I could mix and match. For full price sandals, I would like them to be perfect. I called customer service but he didn't offer any assistance other than to suggest I order another pair, which I did. The 4th pair arrived today, and again, the left one has black marks on the leather and does not match the right one. I cannot find an email for customer service which is frustrating. Photos below show the sandal with the defective leather next to the good one, for comparison. Also, a pic of the sandal with the minor defect on the sole. I will probably keep this one because at least the leather is ok, but for full price, it shouldn't have a mark like this. But I can't keep ordering and returning sandals hoping to get a pair without defects. With all that said, these are pretty sandals, they are comfortable, and I like the Blush color. Order up a size, and hopefully yours won't have defects.
