What it does: These lipsticks deliver full-pigment lip color with a smooth, ultra-matte finish.

How to use: Apply directly to lips or, using a lip brush, work directly off the lipstick to further define the lip line or detail the lips. For on-the-go touch-ups, perfect the perimeter of the lips with a pencil. To create volume, apply a lighter color in the center or top with a lip gloss.
