Eye Primer

What it is: A water-resistant, lightly colored eye primer that creates the perfect base canvas for eyeshadow.

What it does: The long-wearing primer helps ensure the smooth, blendable application and smudge-free wear of matte, metallic and shimmer eyeshadows and pressed pigment shades, too. How to use: A little goes a long way. Dispense just a tiny amount of product and smooth over your entire eyelid prior to eyeshadow application. Apply using your fingertips or a small concealer brush.

Pro tips: Apply Eye Primer to your entire eye area including your upper lid, lower lid, brow bone and inner corner to help maximize the color payoff of your full eyeshadow and eyeliner applications.
