What it does: The colorless wax is guaranteed to keep straggly brows in place, holding them in perfect shape from day to night with flexibility and ease and without the need to reapply. The soft, nonflaking formula glides on smooth.
How to use: Gently apply Brow Primer pencil over filled-in or clean brows. For a subtle, defined look, use it after applying brow powder or brow pencil. It also makes a great invisible lip liner when used prior to applying lip stains.
