When it comes to Nordstrom, you expect the very best, so do I! That’s why I ordered these beautiful suede Steve Madden heels that were set to arrive a few days before my event. I purchased two pair in different sizes. One pair came packaged really well. They were gorgeous out of the box and too large so glad I ordered another size just in case. the smaller size fit really well, but much to my dismay, they were lacking in the packaging that comes standard. They were absolutely scuffed and beat up with lint all over them, and an outline of a rectangle sticker on the bottom of one of them. I called customer service and could not find a resolution to get another pair sent out overnight. These are absolutely beautiful shoes. I am very disappointed with this experience with Nordstrom. I don’t have time to go out shopping again and now I’m stuck with used shoes, and paid full price for them. Not the best feeling. Apart from that, these run a little large. They feel comfortable and the style looks amazing!

Very cute. As a short woman, I enjoyed the extra height these shoes gave me. These weren’t too comfortable but I was about to walk several blocks and mostly stay on my feet during an event. No blisters or anything afterwards. True to size and width was perfect for me (I have neither wide nor narrow feet).

It’s a wonderful shoe to own. It’s the perfect shade of gold, not yellow! Unfortunately, I had to return it because it runs true to size. I’m a 7 and was hoping I could do the 7 1/2 but not! I’m sad the 7 is not available.
