Amsterdam Wrapped Leather Mule

I have always been a 38 in birks (all styles) but the 38 was huge on me. I’m a true 7.5/38 and the 37 is perfect especially when I wear them with wool socks. Was thinking about ordering and glad I tried them on in store given the sizing note online. I have fairly narrow feet, but even on the Birkenstock website people say these run large. I also asked for to see other 37s since there was a suede difference from the 38s. Rating 4 stars for running large and the decrease in quality. These are very light weight and don’t seem to have the same craftsmanship that I’m used to

While I love the shoes I have yet to be able to keep them because twice now Nordstrom has sent me damaged items. The first order of this shoe the left shoe looked worn and the toe was very scuffed. I went in store to exchange and they had to have a different pair sent to me. I just received the replacement pair and these are even worse. Both shoes have very large scuffs on the front and the material is messed up In other areas. Also the rear of the shoe is not attached well on this pair. It’s annoying that I can’t trust ordering online and unacceptable that Nordstrom would send a less than perfect product.

Love them, other than the sizing is big, if you are a 7.5-8w the size is 37 EU, my feet are very narrow but this size fit perfect, I tried 38 EU and 39 EU and were to big for my feet, keep that in mind the taupe color very pretty!

Nordstrom you literally send me used shoes. I opened the box so excited and see a pair of shoes that are worn on the outside toe box. For $135 shoes this is a freaking joke.

These shoes are wide, the suede is soft, comfortable to wear.
