Horrible service
When you buy from Nordstrom.com, your purchase is not guaranteed! My purchase was canceled 6 days after they sent me a purchase confirmation and delivery date! This is not the first time this has happened and seems to be a normal Nordstrom practice now, in addition to shipping expensive shoes without original boxes, dust bags, etc. I do not recommend doing business with Nordstrom! Do your job better, Nordstrom!
