It's a keeper!
I'm 4ft 10, 102 pounds. Of course this is not a mini on me, but it hits the knee and that's fine. It is so beautifully tailored, and fits me perfectly - although I do turn back the cuffs. You couldn't wear this in the summer, it's a bit on the heavy side, but it is a stand-out piece. Will try to take a photo, not sure if one can put that in at a later date. The neckline is not too low.

Beautiful Dress
This dress fit well and was very flattering. I did return it because the material was a bit thick and I would get too hot. I considered wearing as a coat, but decided that would not work either.
