What it does: Designed by artist Katie Scott, the limited-edition packaging celebrates the delicate grace of the butterfly, the bold and awe-inspiring tiger and the majestic elephant. The palette features three new Ambient Lighting shades to create your perfect look.

perfection
I own multiple Hourglass palettes and this one is the BEST one ever! The shades are perfection and apply/wear beautifully on my mature skin. For reference, I have fair, dry skin.

This is a complete waste or money. Tiny pans that are too tiny to dip a brush into. This is a complete rip off. I purchased the elephant and back to the store it went! Strongly do not recommend - at all!

Too dark for Fair skin
I chose to buy the Elephant palette which is beautiful and I love Hourglass powders. Unfortunately this palette is too dark for fair skin. Four of the six colors are just unwearable for fair skinned girls. The butterfly palette is the only one that is light enough to enjoy each powder. I have many of the Hourglass palettes and singles and travel sized. All are great, except this palette. I love the artwork and I hope they continues this. I hope they make the palettes magnetized in the future as well.

Spectacular
This is my first Hourglass product and it’s spectacular! There are six different items, with two powders, two blushes, a highlighter and a bronzer. And it’s a beautiful compact with an elephant on the outside. Recommended by YouTube blogger Michele Wang and I couldn’t love it more!

Hourglass Limited Ambient Butterfly palette
l had not tried this Hourglass limited-edition Ambient Butterfly palette shades in store so was unsure if this would suit me when it was being sold online. I would recommend that you try these shades in store instead as some are available. I personally found the shades too light and pink in tone on darker skin.

Amazing Palette!
I adore this pallette. I treated myself to it when it was on sale and I am so glad tayt I did. The palette itself is beautiful and and the highlighters and blushes are just fabulous. I am fair skinned and I find that they suit my skin tone perfectly. The highlighters give you a wonderful lit from within glow. I use this palette every day and have received many compliments on my skin since we have started using it.
