What it does: An innovative 5-layer Ti-X coating features three layers of enhanced nonstick coating topped by a Plasma Primer that offers superior resistance to metal utensils. A durable fifth protective layer is added to prevent peeling, blistering, corrosion and abrasions.
Additional features: Crafted from 5mm cold-forged aluminum, it heats up rapidly and evenly for perfect frying and browning while flared rims help with spill-free pouring. Ergonomic stay-cool handles are comfortable to grip and the light weight of this pan reduces arm strain.
Compatible heat sources: Gas, electric, glass and induction; broiler and oven safe to 500°F.
