These shoes are a down right bummer and disappointment
I would NOT purchase these again. I wanted to love these shoes but instead their lack of durability has turned me completely off. I walked in them less than 4x. I'm so bummed about these. :(

long toes, beware.
Buy a size up to accommodate long toes. Short is somewhat bulky. They are not my favorite.

My perfect walking/running shoes.
Altra shoes fit great. The roomy, wide toe box and zero drop platform may be really great for my feet (they really are), but it’s the comfy, cushy fit that I love. I have three pair I run and walk in, and wear them in a revolving order. Altras are perfect for people with imperfect feet who still want to do athletic things.

Odd heel fit
I purchased these after loving the Lone Peaks, but these have a different heel fitment. Everything else about the shoe is great, but the padding for the heel seems to be quite low, while the heel collar comes up to the correct spot. They are very comfortable, just not as secure on the heel as I would like.
