What it is: An ultra-dry hair spray with progressive control provides humidity resistance with a flexible yet brushable light-to-medium hold.
Who's it for: All hair types.
What it does: The spray features Age-Control Complex® to address natural, chemical and environmental aging. It's infused with the 3 Cs—caviar extract, vitamin C and cytokines to help smooth the hair shaft and increase shine. Color Hold® locks in hair color brightness and Enzymetherapy® helps transform ingredients into a microstructure that hair can more easily absorb allowing for deeper, targeted penetration of active ingredients.
How to use: Style as desired and spray. For gentle hold apply lightly, for firmer hold re-apply as needed.

The best
I have used Alterna products forever and love them. This is the only hairspray I will use. Holds all day and does not buildup. I turn my head upside down spray then smooth it when I stand up. I workout and my hair will be drenched in sweat yet all I do after class is turn my head upside down no spray this time and my hair looks the same as the morning. Absolutely amazing stuff! My stylist is fantastic so I realize my cut deserves much of the credit, but still this is good. I have thick straight hair and live in a very humid area, but this keeps the volume going all day. Another good thing about it is the lack of scent. Love it couldn't live without it.

Very disappointed!
After years of buying Alterna Working Hair Spray I’m very disappointed with the new formula. It has no shine and is very sticky. I feel like I need to rewash my hair after using it. Please bring back the old formula.

The best working spay ever!
I purchased the sample kit with this and other Alterna products (try before buy) and fell totally in love with this working spray, my hair is fine and heavy hard spray makes for a plastered mess. My hair looks alive, soft but also naturally controlled, am ordering as I write this!
PS: sampler is awesome, highly recommend you try it first (its here at Nordstrom :)

Love This, Been Using For Over 5 Years!
I’ve been using this for years. it’s a really good hairspray and a great value when you buy the large can. You can spray more if it’s humid or you want a strong hold. My hair is really fine and short so I use a lot. I can brush it out but I wash it out after 2 days. If you don’t need that much you can brush out with no build up. Haven’t used another since I found this and I’m a product junkie.

Like it
It's a nice holding hairspray but doesn't create "helmet head". If sprayed on roots, it creates volume.

holds well, doesn't make hair too stiff, you can still run fingers through it - unless you use too much!
