Sqeeze Bottle is not good
I like the conditioner. The bottle is so hard to get the conditioner out. Had to have my husband pry off the top. Would never get that size again with that bottle.

Great product / AWFUL packaging
I use the Alterna shampoos and conditioners. Usually purchasing the larger 16 ounce pump bottles. I purchased a set with this style bottle, not realizing how AWFUL the packaging is. The design is terrible and not practical at all. Really next to impossible to squeeze out the product. Instead of a relaxing shower, you will become upset that you have to use brute force to squeeze out some shampoo or conditioner. You cannot even take the cap off. Poor design for the bottles. Did they forgot to test it out or just thought it looked “cool”? The product is thick and cannot be easily squeezed through the ridiculous opening. If the traditional shampoo bottle isn’t broken, please don’t fix it. Imagine someone with little strength or arthritis trying to use this. Or even those who have strength. You practically have to step on the side of the bottle to get the product out. I am upset that for this price, the poorly designed packaging prevents you from actually getting to the product.

I am giving this product 3 stars due to the packaging. OMG, it is so hard to squeeze out of the bottle. I’m going to have to transfer to another container. Hopefully The feedback will prompt Alterna to make changes to their packaging.
The product itself is great, my hair dresser recommended to me.
It is hard to find a product that helps with the little frizz without weighing down my hair.
This one does not weigh my hair down at all. I’m also using the shampoo along with the Anti-frizz oil.
Nice fragrance.
Hesitant to buy again just because it’s so hard to squeeze out of container. Kerastase Disipline is what I had been using and it works well, I’ll probably get that next time because it’s easier to use.

Great conditioner, terrible dispenser
Love this product but getting it out of the container is tough. If you have any issues with your hands, arthritis, joint issues, grasping or squeezing, this is not the product for you.

Difficult to use
The product is good but it is very difficult to squeeze the bottle, particularly with one hand when your in the shower etc. Please consider the thickness of the product and how to release it easily. Won't buy it again for this reason.
