What it is: A luxurious, paraben-free conditioner that restores moisture while protecting hair from fading color, daily stresses and future damage.
Who it's for: Ideal for those with straight and wavy (2A, 2B, 2C) hair.
What it does: The conditioner features Age-Control Complex® to combat chronological, chemical and environmental aging. Caviar Extract infuses hair with moisture, elasticity and shine, Vitamin C prevents damage and cytokines encourage microcirculation to aid in improved cellular turnover. Enzymetherapy® helps transform ingredients into a microstructure that hair can more easily absorb allowing deeper, more targeted penetration of active ingredients. Color Hold® infuses hair with plant-derived melanin for extreme color protection and prevents color washout. It protects hair from UVA, UVB and visible light including artificial light sources. And lastly, Seasilk®, a blend of marine botanicals including different algae and seaweeds, provides exceptional moisture, protection and helps repair damaged hair.
How to use: After cleansing hair, remove excess water and gently massage conditioner into hair and scalp. Rinse thoroughly.

Not just another brand
Laundry soap and Shampoo n Conditioner. We pay a lot for our clothes and we wear our hair everyday. I don't skip on either. I see women who have to dye their hair all around me and they use cheap shampoo as if shampoo don't matter. I have used Alterna for years and I am 60 yrs old with vibrant red hair and very few white hairs. People think I dye my hair and I don't. This product isn't just another promise. I wash my hair every 3 days and get compliments daily on it. Age 60 doesn't allow many compliments. This product makes your hair shinny, healthy and manageable. I have to have this product for I notice a difference immediately when I don't. I don't care for all Alterna products but the Caviar product protects the color, you need to wash less often, and for something you wear everyday one should use the best to keep it great as long as possible. So glad Nordstrom carries it now!!!!!!!!!

Must have changed!
I have used this specific shampoo and conditioner for 3+ years. It always keyed into my hair and made it so soft and full and so beautiful. When I reordered it months back it was different. It’s thin and watery and made my hair feel horribly tangled and dry. I moved away and decided to try it again to see if it was a bad batch. Well, this time was the same. Just used it again this week (a new Ulta order) and it’s terrible. Why change something that was once spectacular? This is why people lose business. Could not just leave it be and be successful. You have now lost a long time client- and I can prove it with pics and receipts over the years.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE
This conditioner makes my hair so soft and silky! I love the shine it leaves also. My hair has some natural curl in it, I cover my "natural highlights", and have thyroid issues - all of which causes my hair to be dry and brittle. This conditioner makes my hair feel healthy and looks better than it has in years. I had a shipping issue with my first order but the customer service dept actually reads our reviews and they called me personally to resolve the issue. I will never hesitate to purchase anything from this company! Thank you for providing such awesome customer service!

So I'm not really sure how well this conditioner works. This is really more a review of the packaging. I bought the larger size with a pump. I could not get this pump to work tried very hard maybe I just had a bad one. But I sent it back because I did not want to have to take the pump out every time I wanted to use it

the conditioner is pretty good but i've seen better. nothing special. not enough coverage per squeeze. don't think that i'll reorder it. it's a hard bottle to squeeze with wet hands.

Alterna Caviar Conditioner: Unconditional Love
I used generous samples of the Alterna Anti-Aging conditioner, Alterna shampoo and CC Cream, saw amazing results. My hair had body, shine, bounce, and came out smooth, silky and straight after blow drying. The key ingredients make a difference. Hair like I walked out of the salon.
