Excellent Volumizing Mousse!
My goal when buying hair products is to add volume to my my fine, shoulder length , color treated hair without sacrificing shine. This amplifying mousse is the stuff! For me, it adds volume from root to tip. I will repurchase it. I purchased the multiplying volume mist to use in conjunction with the mousse and was disappointed. The mist produced very little if any noticeable results when I sprayed it on my hair, brushed through, & then applied this mousse. If your hair is fine & you want to add volume, I think you'll really like this product! The caviar moisturizing volume shampoo/conditioner duo, the bamboo duo, and the Science of 10 duo are great volume builders as well. I rarely write reviews, but can't resist when it comes to Alterna. The company's hair products have produced far better results than any other products I've used, including Kerastase and Aveda. Add Kenra's Volume Spray 25 after applying this mousse, blow drying, and styling, and I think you'll be pleased with the end result... Voluminous & shiny hair!

Not good
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was gifted by Alternahaircare in exchange for my honest review. After using this mousse and the volumizing shampoo and conditioner, I found no difference in volume in my hair. Perhaps I need to use more of the mousse or try it on dry hair. But when I used as directed for wet hair, I noticed no difference.

Find it finally
I have fine, straight, thin and does not hold curls well hair. I have try many products that might fixed my problem. Nothing works. Either the perfumes is too overwhelming, drying ny hair out, or nothing is happening. I was skeptical when I ordering this mousse. After I use it couple of time, I think I finally find the right product for my problem hair. Aaah yes, it gives the heat protection I need, the shine and flexible holds for the curls that can hold all day long. After curling, I would finish with Kenra volume hair spray. This mouse is lightweight. Some people might find it a bit oily, I think it is just right for me as I wash my hair daily. It might be oily for day two hair. I did not blow dry my hair as they recommended as I like to air dry.

Just okay
I used to use oribe mousse but wanted to try something else- this really just doesn’t seem to do much. I apply mid shaft to ends and dry, and while I feel it’s mildly volumizing, after a couple hours my hair falls just as flat as it would without. I have fine colored hair just above shoulders and it’s a real struggle to find something tnat will give it volume at the roots to prevent it from just falling flat. I’ll go back to oribe for now.

I’ve finally found the perfect mousse for my thin, damaged hair. I’ve been using this for about a year now and the texture and health of my hair has improved so much!
