How to use: After cleansing, massage the hair mask in from roots to ends. Leave on for 2-5 minutes. Then rinse well and style as desired. Use 1-2 times per week instead of conditioner.

Loving it
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn't familiar with the Alterna brand prior to this, I was not sure what to expect. I really liked the botles of both the shampoo and masque, and how they dispensed. The scent wasn't my favorite, but it wasn't too strong or off-putting. The shampoo lathered well and rinsed out easily. The masque was thick enough to stay put, but not so thick that it was a pain to work throughout my hair. I left the masque on for several minutes while I was doing other parts of my shower, and when I rinsed it, my hair already felt smoother and healthier. Afterwards I air dried, and it is seriously so soft, and my scalp feels super clean and fresh. I'm not sure if I'm noticing more volume or not, but it's definitely not weighed down, and feels wonderful. I'm a fan so far!

Glossy Bottle, Gritty Hair
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really hopeful about this masque, but unfortunately it didn’t work for my hair. I have fine, straight strands, and after using this a few times, my hair felt heavier and coated, even though I rinsed it thoroughly. Instead of feeling soft and voluminous, it was actually drier and frizzier than usual. The scent is nice and the packaging is sleek, but the results just weren’t there for me. I wouldn’t repurchase.

A great solution for fine hair!

Gives volume to you hair.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first got the product I was not sure if I was going to love the volume masque . I put some before blow drying my hair and it dose give it volume. It has a light smell. The packaging of the bottles are simple to use there’s no mess when applying the product. The price you pay for the product is worth it .

Perfect for flat hair

Didn't weigh hair down
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn't notice much for volume with this product, however I will say it did not weigh my fine hair down which is an issue I face with hairmasks. Made my ends feel hydrated and no complaints overall but I will stick to mousse and hairspray for volume.

The smell reminds me of my snail, mucin face wash… But if you’re not used to it, it might be a strange smell for you; the bottles are very cute and easy to use… The thickness of the shampoo really coats and lathers your hair and the mask makes your hair immediately smooth and silky. It is probably by far my new favorite shampoo.
