Specifically designed for outdoor cooking over an open flame, this skillet is a versatile essential for sautéing, stir-frying or roasting.
What it does: Crafted from cast iron, it's completely encased in rugged matte enamel that's ready to use and needs no seasoning. Perforations in the bottom of the basket keep small items from falling through, while still allowing heat to reach the food for smoky char-grilled flavor.
Additional features: Sized to fit on most grills while leaving room to grill foods alongside, it has a generous surface area and angled sides to make stirring or flipping easy. The raised loop handles allow for easy maneuvering while maintaining a low profile that allows grill hoods to close.
Compatible heat sources: Safe for use on regulated and unregulated heat sources up to 842°F; not induction-compatible.
