Metro III Water Repellent Quilted Bomber Jacket

I ordered this jacket in both a small and a medium. I accidentally ordered two medium. When the package arrived there was only one medium in the bag. By the way, I was home when the packaged arrived - nothing was stolen from my porch. The next day I called Nordstrom customer care to notify them of the issue. They sent a request to research and I was to be contacted in 24hours. Well guess what the denied the claim. Given a previous review by another shopper I am inclined to think there is an issue with Alp N Rock as it shipped directly from their facility. If this is not resolved I will be shutting down my Nordstrom account of 40+ years - never had a problem previously . There are too many other shopping options out there. By the way this is a very stylish and flattering jacket -- you have been warned.

Bought online, but sadly my package was stolen when it was delivered. I called customer service and reported a stolen package, but they weren't able to refund my money. Nordstrom has always had great customer service, never hesitated to find other ways to help their customers but this time i'm very disappointed. I have been a loyal customer all these years but having doubt now. As you know this jacket wasn't cheap. $400 down the drain'
