Great Shorts for Yoga
Great quality, thick material. The sheer layer is separate from the rest of the short (like a dress liner). These stay up really well on the waist and the sheer layer doesn’t ride up either. You will need to size down one size (this is across the board for Alo)

Buy them!
These shorts are beyond comfortable and super flattering. I really dislike working out in shorts because most are too short, this gives you the look of shorts but you won't be flashing anyone during your work out. Runs a tad small but I was able to stick with my usual small, I am 5'6" 130 but a tad bottom heavy.

I saw them on a trainer I follow on social media and loved them! Despite some of the reviews I got them anyway and glad I did. The 2 layers don’t bother me at all and I don’t even feel them. I like to run outdoors and they stayed out with no needing to pull up or adjust. I’m so happy with them I ordered the white shorts as well! Really love them since they’re short but gives you a cute mesh so your booty is not everywhere! True to size with Alo sizing!

Too many layers.
They fit fine, but I did not like all the layers. I did. It realize that the sheer mesh short is the underwater and then another pair of shorts on top. I did not find them to be flattering. Although I have to say the mesh was comfortable. The whole concept is just not practical for working out.
