Airlift High Waist Capris

Love love love these! The material is sleek but not too smooth. The waist band is high but lays flat that I don't feel like it gives me a pooch at all (I'm short-waisted so I hate anything that's too high and tight in the stomach). I'm 5'1 so the capri actually fits me like a crop, which is what I wanted. The material is thick but not too hot or thick to be uncomfortable in a warm yoga class. Overall, great legging and worth every penny! Also, I'm 112 lbs and the XS fit me perfectly in this material. In other ALO leggings that the material is a bit thicker, I wear a small.

New favorite leggings aside from my Lululemon Wunder Under in luxtreme!! I was never a fan of Alo before because of how they pill so easily with the normal material. However, this tech lift is really nice! I like the spandex feel of them and love how well they hold you in. The high waist comes up a bit higher which is great hiding mommy tummy. The length is perfect, hit right above the ankles. For size reference, 5'1, 114 lbs I got them in XS.

As another devout Lulu fan, I was highly skeptical to try this brand as I had seen some of the other styles in store and noticed that the fabrics always ran SUPER thin. I bought these capris and LOVE them. I can compare them to the Lululemon luxtreme fabric like the previous reviewer - the only con with these is there are no pockets or places to store keys, for example, but if you don't need that then these are perfect. I LOVE how I feel like I am wearing spanx x lululemon when working out - I can attest these hold me in, but aren't super tight or uncomfortable. They literally FEEL like a second skin and now I need another pair. They are high waisted so they are slimming - for reference I am 5'4" 159 lbs and fit in large. Also, since I am barely 5'4", these fit more like the 7/8 pants from Lulu which is nice as they are longer than a typical crop on me but not as long as a pant. They are squat proof, and have a beautiful sheen to them that makes them look streamlined and are still fitted enough they almost fit like a compression legging. I even tested them out on a run outside in 85 degree heat and felt fine-I wasn't overheated like I thought I would be. These are worth every penny and now the only problem I have is I want more pairs, in more colors!!!!!!

I love Alo Yoga and have 20 pairs of airlifts. I own the airlift capris in raspberry sorbet and loved them, so I bought the black pair. As of November 2021, Alo Yoga has changed the fabric in their airlifts where there is more polyester than elastane. I noticed since then their airlifts (also their airbrush) leggings roll down, and bunch up by the back of the knees. The same happened with the black capris I just bought. I am returning. So sad, as there was no other legging that smooth my legs as the older version of the Alo Yoga airlift.
