Orten Leather Bomber Jacket

This bomber is fire!! The leather is soft and the ribbed trim make the jacket more comfortable. I'd recommend sizing up; I'm normally a size 10 but purchased an 8 during the sale, hoping to exchange it later. I was able to get the 10 and I'm happy I did. If you want to layer or just want to wear a thicker shirt (like a thin sweater), I suggest sizing up. I'm glad I was able to purchase during the sale. This is my 2nd bomber from All Saints. All Saints is my favorite brand for jackets. The leather is always high quality and makes you feel good. I'd definitely recommend this and would like to see it in a dark brown in the future.

I waited so long for this bomber. I ordered an 8 early, then the package got lost and I had to reorder. Just received the other day and was underwhelmed. I'm 135 lb, 5'7", and am a 6/8 in most jackets/tops. I ordered the 8 because reviewers were suggesting this style is fairly cropped and I wanted the extra length. The 8 on me was still fairly cropped. Hit right at my waist (and I am short-waisted), so you can bet this is truly cropped although the description doesn't say that. From a side view, the arms were huge (bulk, not length), and the back puffed out like a balloon instead of falling flat and sleek. Maybe a 6 would have fit me better, but the cropped length would have been even more of an issue. One more thing, the neck on this goes so high. Bombers are usually more relaxed. They are designed to look good with most neck lines. This jacket doesn't complement any as it gets zipped to your throat. I give it three stars for the quality leather and feel and a decent Anniversary price.

The leather is soft and supple. It’s a true black color. The jacket is somewhat cropped and I’m 5’3”. It fits well and zips easily. The lining is satiny smooth. It fits closer to the body and is not boxy. The leather is thinner than most so will probably not keep you warm in the coldest temperatures. We have mild winters and this is perfect for cool days and evenings.

I have another AllSaints leather jacket that is beautiful, the leather is soft and rich feeling. I was shocked when I took this jacket out of the mailing box, first of all, the box felt so light that I thought it was a handbag that I had ordered, but it was this jacket, what a shocker....it looks and feels cheap. The leather is not what is described, and it appears to be faux leather. I looked at the label to make sure it was genuine. I wouldn't even pay $50 for this jacket, let alone $500. Back to the store it goes.
