floaty fabric
This has an amazing floaty fabric that has beautiful movement to it. Not as sparkly in person as I was expecting given the name says "metallic" but it does have a somewhat textured effect. I generally wear a size US8 and found this runs TTS. Note the waistband on this has no stretch. Have machine washed it once and line dried and it came out fine.
