Half Moon Leather Shoulder Bag

This bag is different from other All Saints’ bags in that the strap is a bit narrower and shorter. There isn’t that ridiculous end piece hanging down on one side. I use it as a crossbody and it works well for me as a 5’3” woman. It’s roomy and has an interior zip pocket for my wallet. I hope that the crinkle finish on the leather will wear well and not crack. WHAT I REALLY HATE IS HOW A PREVIOUS RETURN HAS BEEN PROCESSED. WHERE ARE THE 2 (TWO) $10.00 NOTES THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN GIVEN TO ME FOR THE RETURN OF A PREVIOUS ORDER? THE TOTAL AMOUNT FOR THE OTHER ORDER WAS $156.00. MY AMEX WAS CHARGED $136.00 AND 2(TW0) $10.00 NOTES PAID THE REMAINING $20.00 BALANCE I WAS CREDITED $136.00 ON MY AMEX, BUT I STILL DO NOT HAVE THE 2(TW0) $10.00 NOTES. I HAVE CONTACTED YOU 7(SEVEN) TIMES AND NOTHING HAS BEEN RESOLVED.
