Horible service
If I could give it 0 star I would. I've shopped with Nordstromnfor years and practically the only place I really shop. However, this hasn't happen before until now. The item shipped to me was an old, worn Billie style not Dayle. You can see sign of wear on the neckline. However, it still has a lock that flashes green ligh on it. I mean a real digital antitheft lock still hanging on on the zipper. Way to go Nordstrom. Time to swap out that employee you have packaged this item. What a waste of my time, money exchange for a fulll disappointment!!!
