Captain Leather Tote

I absolutely love this purse. It adds a touch of sophistication to any outfit. The bag looks fairly expensive compared to many totes I've seen. I love the smooth leather in comparison to pebbled leather which looks quite dated. I also got this on sale for half price after eyeing it for months. Im petite 5'3 and this bag just made the cut size wise. It's smaller than a lot of oversized totes that can swallow tiny frames, but it's still extremely spacious. The only thing I don't like is the magnetic closure. The thick strap is nice, but its almost two wide for my shoulder. The metal hardware is really nice as well.

First of all, the pictures don't make it justice. It's gorgeous when you have it in your hands. It's streamlined but the metal accents make it gorgeous. I've been having a tote problem in the sense that I always carry a large bottle of water and a book with me, so i need room in my bag. Most totes' straps slip from my shoulder and it's uncomfortable. This model, with the thick strap and the metal details prevents the slipping. I am SO happy with my stylish, roomy, practical bag <3

I needed a quality black bag for work that could transition to casual days off. I searched the usual mid-range brands and some lux brands. Seriously, this edged out all of them! It’s polished but not stuffy looking. The silver hardware adds just enough edge. It carry’s everything a regular e/w tote would in this hobo silhouette. Best part is the strap is nice and wide, while the drop is long enough to fit over coats and jackets. Slap any of the high end names on this bag and it’d sell for more than $1k and it wouldn’t be any better. If I see this in another color, I may have to own it!
