PERFECT LIGHTWEIGHT BACKPACK
I have been eyeing this bag for weeks and had an opportunity to touch it & feel it in store prior to ordering it. (I never buy the display bags & it was the only one they had.). It arrived today and it’s even better than what I remembered.
First the leather is NOT stiff. Stiff implies no movement. This is a thinner leather that will soften further with use.
It’s flexible & pliable and shockingly lightweight.
Second the hardware. It’s a lighter antique gold that appears silver in the sunlight. I wasn’t expecting this; I shy away from gold hardware bags but really liked this I overlooked it. Pleasantly surprised by this.
Third, the hardware to adjust the backpack straps is gorgeous. You can’t see it in the photos so I am providing a pics. .
Fourth, being petite I am conscious of backpack sizes and this is perfect. Straps adjust easily & stay w/o slipping. I thought it would be weird using the shoulder strap w/the pack straps hanging but nope. Convenient w/o being tacky.
Fifth, I have serious back problems & can’t really use backpack type anything…this is comfortable for me. Much lighter than my LV tote bag for sure holding the same items.
This bag goes with just about everything outside ‘professional’ attire: jeans to sweats, shorts to dresses. Love the front zip pocket. Dust nag included.

Not satisfied with purchase
I was so pleased to finally purchase this bag. It arrived just before the weekend only for me to discover it is faulty. I live in Finland making a return is a challenge for me. So I am quite disappointed in my purchase. I had no idea I was purchasing a faulty item. Is that the reason for the markdown? if so it should be stated so we are aware of what we are purchasing.

Just what I was looking for!
I bought this purse/backpack yesterday after spending weeks looking online for a new black casual but stylish everyday bag. I'm a mom and love that it's versatile enough to wear as a backpack while pushing a stroller and stylish enough to dress up and carry as a high quality purse. I was prepared to spend a lot more on a new bag but as soon as I saw this, I knew it was the one. Love it!

disappointed / confused / not as pictured
I was so excited to get this from the sale- I was definitely surprised when I got it in the mail. The zipper and buckles are all SILVER and not gold. This is pebble leather? Super confused

Stunning but quality leaves a bit to be desired
The bag is absolutely stunning, great piece, adds so much to any outfit, astoundingly spacious (I'd often carry my laptop, a book, and a sweater). The only downside to it is the drawstring strap, the leather on that snapped within a couple of months. I expected much better quality. That being said, the leather on the body and interior is superb and the regular strap is also phenomenally built. The adjustment on the drawstring is also difficult to center, making it often lopsided when worn as a backpack.

Love the leather and size...
For some, this may be too big but it is perfect size for me. ( There is a smaller version called the Lear.) The leather is great quality. I also love the versatility of being able to carry as backpack or shoulder bag.
