Boot came with defects?!
Im disappointed that the boots for my husband came with defects like they were pre-owned? I call to inquire about resolution and the rep said send them back and buy another pair for more money because the discount I received wouldn't apply? I wish that wasn't my experience but it was....

Great looking boots and easy to lace. No pinch in the toes and no slip in the heel. The polish wears down quickly though so unless you like the rugged look, have a cordovan polish on hand to keep a subtle sheen and a slower worn in look.
