Sebastian Bit Driving Loafer (Men)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very pleased with these shoes—they are excellent quality and exactly as described. The mahogany leather looks rich and the fit in the extra wide size is very comfortable. They’re stylish yet easy to wear casually or dressed up a bit.

I was in the market for a comfortable loafer, and these driver shoes caught my interest. I was able to go to the Store in Port Washington and try them on, (Jean was very helpful), as I knew the loafer would probably be a different fit then my AE Oxfords, etc. This is a true "Drivers" Shoe, with the reinforced heel, to facilitate the "heel and toe" technique on the downshift for rev. matching. I purchased them in Chili, and they look and feel terrific. Very comfortable and they look great. This is a well made shoe. The inner arch support in leather is very welcome and really gives support. I am still breaking them in, but I recently did a 1000 mile drive in them and they were always comfortable with no slip on the pedals. I am really happy with this purchase, and will probably buy another pair in a different color.

These loafers are a win! If you have wider feet as I do, you may have to play around with different sizes and widths. I am normally a 10.5 in most shoes, but had to size down and go wide fit. When you try these on there is a bit of a break in period, but it’s worth it. They have very classy look and you will receive compliment after compliment. Well worth the investment!
